Woodford Garden Village saw a bespoke garden design where a young couple wanted some added privacy for their home. An identified problem was that drainage was an issue due to clay laid over the entire area.
The garden project involved implanting some land drains and lifting at the back by around 150mm where the main problem with water drainage was the most consistent. To create added privacy for the property, our team planned out and executed some privacy through a contemporary screen. Paving on the project was provided in porcelain as a contrasting colour border on the patterned patio. We also added a grey patio across the back of the house.
Finishing off the overall look of the garden space, the team implemented a custom water feature and some night lighting which gave the garden a truly amazing look in the evenings.
